As a measuring device, in addition to being stable and durable, nothing is more important than Accuracy of inspection results. Jevol uses aerospace-grade sensors to first ensure the accuracy of inspection results on the bench end. On the other hand, the signal processing on the control end is equally important. The main component of the control terminal is main circuit board. Such relatively precise components often have higher requirements for the use environment.
Let’s look at how data process of Jevol inspection line first:
Sensor → Signal Conditioning → Data Conversion → PC
The signals output from the sensors are all mV-level voltage signals, which are very small. These signals need to be amplified before data conversion can be performed. The Signal Conditioning module is to amplify the weak voltage signal so that the Data Conversion unit can recognize it.
The function of Data Conversion is to convert voltage signals into digital signals, and only digital signals can be recognized by operating systems such as PCs.
Now we know that the signal conditioning module directly affects the accuracy of the data acquisition, so how do we make it perform well?
- Choose good electronic components to reduce the influence of temperature changes on the signal conditioning module
- Good grounding can effectively improve the interference of the signal conditioning module and greatly improve the acquisition accuracy
- Do not place high-frequency radio wave interference sources near the signal conditioning module
- If you need to replace the circuit board with the signal conditioning module, you must calibrate the equipment to correct the amplification error between the signal conditioning modules
