JEVOL Full-model Motorcycle Test Lane, which apply to two-wheeled motorcycles, tricycles, and tricycles with side cars. Two special design help to protect the tire from damage:
Clamps
The Clamps are to fix the tire when testing the Speed of the Two-wheeled #motorcycle. #JEVOL newly designed Clamps only grip and positions the tire without dragging it, so will not cause any damage to the tire. In traditional design, the clamps with “forced centering function” has the risk of damaging the tire, the inspected vehicle will be pushed to the center line of the roller during the test, which will drag and so as damage the tire.
The 3rd Roller Stop Function
The Full-model Motorcycle Brake Tester is equipped with the “third roller stop function”, high sensitivity sensors can stop the running roller as soon as the brake been applied, to prevent from grinding the tire during braking.
